Main Features:
Grinding spindle adopts 5-pieces dynamic pressure sliding bearing with big carrying capacity, high rigidity
Guide wheel adopts 1:30 integrity sliding bearing with big carrying capacity and high rigidity.
Guide wheel support could rotate with small angle at horizontal direction, it can be used to grind workpiece with small tape and no need to dress grinding wheel to be taped.. It increased grinding wheel’s utilization and saved time for dressing.
AC converter is used on guide wheel to realize stepless speed changing.
Hydraulic system is used on grinding wheel dresser and guide wheel dresser for stepless speed adjustment.
Semi-automatic circulating working can be realized by automatic plunge grinding device.
